It has bogged-down every exchange to try,  so far.
At first, we'll use online payment services like: ok-pay and perfect money, etc...
When can we use the USD markets?
Can't give you an exact ETA but hopefully within 3 weeks. You will be able to deposit USD by using Perfect Money and Ok-pay.
