A lot of the investigatory and trolling posts dealing with this have been deleted/covered up here in this thread.  Especially those from our favorite/not-so-favorite BitcoinTalk Troll Phinnaeus Gage prior to his exile from the forums.

Black Arrow is essentially run by Alex Sovu of Romania also going by the alias Alex Berk and has a few "businesses" in his name.
There are a few archiving sites out there that show more history and captured the posts that were deleted here.  Just do a search for Black Arrow, Alex Sovu and Alex Berk and you'll find some interesting reading.  Let's just say that BFL isn't the only Mining Hardware company out there run by some unsavory people with questionable pasts.  Note unlike PG, I'm not picking on Matt (bobsag3) because he's been a pretty standup guy and just seems to be caught in the middle of an unfortunate situation.  For all we know, he may not have even met up with Alex or known his true history.

This post will most likely be deleted in short order, because if there's one thing Black Arrow is actually quick and attentive at with this forum, is deleting posts that reveal their secrets.  50 posts requesting an update?  Nothing for days.  1 post mentioning Alex Sovu?  Deleted in a few minutes.  We'll see how long this one lasts...
