The day has finally come! The majority of Generation A miners will be delivered today! We are excited for you to get them and start mining your favorite coins.
ZenMiner is up and ready for your registrations, just follow the instructions inside the box. Keep in mind, there will be some bumps in the road. Please let us know about any challenges your having by sending us an email to support@gawminers.com. We will address them as quickly as possible, things will get more ironed out as the week goes on. Please do not post support questions here as they will be deleted and put in to a ticket.

Excited for everyone else, but sad for me. My Fury/BW combo just left Hong Kong today, and I've only gotten one of the Zenminers so far, so I'm hoping that gets her soon as well.
However, I know that my experience is not the norm (at least from what I can tell), and customer support has been spot on any time I had an issue. I'm sad that I'll be missing a few days of mining profits, but I understand that there's no such thing as a 100% smooth rollout of a product (I work as a SysAdmin, so I deal with stuff like this on a daily basis).
I'm also having a bit of buyer's remorse......that I didn't get a War Machine.
