You can't get 1TH/s for 1000 euros FYI.  Need a few more hundred.

Probably in the $1500-$2000 range you can get a 1 TH/s miner for SHA-256.

You should be able to get a couple of Gridseed Blades(10 MH/s total) for 1000 euros though.
