Whats the exact number of coins PREMINED? 1% of total coins?
1% of 40M is 400,000. Add to that 15 from every block which equates to 43200 x 15 = 648,000.
Making a grand total of 1,048,000
In regards to the 15 a block going to dev , so i can make sure it isn't getting dumped, may you please kindly link the address to be transparent with, im sure its in the code but i cant be fucked to find it....

XC devs did 135k premine that's like 500btc at current prices.
True and they said the exact number of coins. On the other hand BOOST dev just said 1%. So my question is 1% of total 40M coins or 22,248,000 based on the POW mined blocks? Either way the dev is going to have over a 650K coins by the end of POW phase. I am by no means implying anything, the dev can be the next Mother Teresa and not dump a single coin and use the premined coins to actually further the coin or he can....
I am asking for a bit more transparency of the premined and 15 reward per block
