Communication from the dev is a bit of an issue now because he is upfront simple and at times quite blase. If we have an efficient community manager who can keep the sanity against all odds and communicate effectively, and frequently about the direction of the development projects, that might help! There is already some heavy duty pressure on the devs, we should pitch in to help.
