i hope this 500 btc guy doesn't try to sell all his coins after he gets his wallet recovered.. could crash the whole market 
He really wouldn't -- the mintpal volume alone is more than 10 times that.

Have you checked if your coins are on the blockchain? Post the address so someone can confirm. Also the newest wallet is .11.
