I was looking at this and wondering how the leverage game actually works.

Do they borrow DRK from us, or do they buy a load of them and put them on their trading platform or do they borrow them from an exchange like mintpal, or xyz new really big exchange that likes lots of volume, and lends them to traders?

Is there a guide to how this works.
