It's working. 112BIT responded the same evening (maybe an hour or so), then their expert responded almost instantly while I was working on it. All the slots came loose in shipping but after still no display they helped me know which lights should be doing things and what it could mean. The problem was just the SD card data and didn't take much to re-image. It started ramping up hashing, so I'm happy
