they need to hire developers.. in general and this applies to any crypto coin.. one man operation is OVER, a whole shop has to be setup similar to an exchange.. with extremely qualified people. if boost does not do that someone else will so premine by itself is not a problem at all.. if unloaded it is peanuts money a fraud a fly.. and someone else will win
