There is 1.5 million max PoW coins and a IPO of 1 million coins, Does this mean that there is only 500,000 coins left that can be mined or is the amount of PoW coins completely separate from the IPO?
PoW coins is completely separate from IPO coins
So basiclly less than 30%(Because PoS starts at 14000 block and it takes blocks as well) of total coins for PoW stage, 20% of total coins for IPO, and 50% of total coins for PoS stage.
