Minergate can have two withdraw certification?
I don't feel safe, if the windows computer was invaded, can directly into the minergate site for withdraw operation, not for the two certification.

I don't see the problem. You need to be authenticated to access that page just like you would on any other pool. ..and you should never keep any amount of coins in a pool that you aren't willing to lose anyway.
