"Ponzi" doesn't mean you don't pay. It simply means that you pay your dividends using deposits from newcomers.
BS&T was a Ponzi that paid 1% per day for months. It still went bust in the end.
If you admitted that this was a Ponzi, that would be OK-ish, but you claim that you make the profits from "mining" makes it a scam.
If you make the profits from mining, why don't you keep them rather than giving them away to strangers?
