When is the second POW stage likely to be?

Also wondering when the Silk team is gonna start making some power moves. So far they been very quite in marketing this product and hasn't even reached Mintpal yet. I can see that they seem to be fully committed to this though which is always a very good sign, too many coins are just quick get in n out schemes.
