am thinking of replacing my 280x cards with 750ti GPU's. There would be six GTX 750 ti GPU's on my Asrock H81 board with 8GB RAM.
Question: Can i keep my Haswell Celeron G1820 CPU to run it, or do i need to upgrade to something beefier with more cores?

The RAM doesn't matter that much, it's the hardcoded CPU assist that matters. So if you want full performance, don't save on the CPU.
