This logo wins. Only maybe consider making the X look different from xavier chambers logo but keep everything else. I have not seen a better logo for a coin, ever.

The look is very nice , but too much going on here to be a good logo. too many elements and gradients. maybe on a white background with less gradients? you always have to keep in mind that logos must be simple to stay in ppls minds. also they need to be minimal in design when printed on atms and debitcards. this is not a contest for the coolest wallpaper.

I personally like the brighter metallic blue in the upper area. Maybe use this for the whole x with just a slight gradient?
