Is this coin the DOGE of CryptoNote universe? 
Eh, I don't think so. But maybe. Either way, it's preferable to some other Cryptonote coins...
The way it is launched, it sure looks to be taking benefit of the funny characteristics of the coin including the name.
Anyway it can go either way; DOGE was fortunate enough because it was the first coin to deliberately start as a meme, maybe this one can also succeed following the same path.
