About that power issue, I was informed that it was measured on LTC . The problem is not the pool you're using but the current difficulty and coin type. The higher the difficulty the more power the machine needs.
Early gridseeds had exactly the same issue , having different power draw depending on the coin you're mining.

I was also assured that if you have a faulty hardware you can return it and have it refunded, so I'm sorry but I don't see an issue here.

I also fail to see a connection with them and BFL. They said they'll deliver and they did, if you got the hardware a day or 2 later, there is really no issue, most online stores reserve at least a week for this.
And as I said before you can return the hardware if you want. As for your time, imagine you go to a store, buy something, come back home and don't like it, go back to return and request money for your lost time Cheesy Are you serious?

Every bit of evidence we have points to a long running operation of fraud by GAW and/or Zeus.  Looks like both.  Zeus advertises their hardware for other coins, so if they never tested against those other coins they are bigger idiots.  Otherwise, I'd love to hear stories about refunds.  Oh wait, Waldo posted one in which GAW tried to screw him out of 10Mh of mining power due to a typo, even after confirming the number was accurate, and then gave him a hassle asking for a refund.  They had units delivered to customers before they had a shipping/returns page.  I'm going to try to get my money back, curious how that goes.

Anywho, the point is that everything is pointing towards a long running scam with a few folks cashing out on the seller side.  It looks like they intentionally misled customers to get cash in, mined for themselves for a while, upped the power numbers at the point where you must already have hardware produced, then dumped their shit hardware on some folks.  I guess the hope was to keep it running long enough for a another round of cash out.  Who knows.

Funny thing, though, because that kind of tactic really leads to a lot of trouble because a lot of financial stuff get whirred up when you hurt a competitor by lying to steal business.  Since GAW is based on Mass, who happens to have some really intense consumer protection laws, if anyone takes this legal it can go insane just based on what GAW has said themselves.  I'd love to see what would come out of a subpoena for either GAW or Zeus, especially important things like payments to suppliers to supplement what they said about their operation.

Everything looks crappy.  Restarting the scam accusation thread later.

Waldo's issue was resolved and if I remember correctly he apologized for his offensive comments, so there's no need to bring this up.

What the hell are you talking about?

I have to say that they had thousands of customers, and you were having issues from the beginning. You were offered a refund and didn't want it. You came angry, calling them scam because your package was 1 day late. I asked you politely to sit and wait for just 1 day, you agreed, but just couldn't leave it alone and came back few hours later repeating the same thing.
You said you were talked to Josh and reached an agreement, but it seems your agreements don't last longer than few hours.
To me it looks like you're enjoying this.
