You could introduce a new type of blockchain security called POG or "Proof of Girth".

You could have a special device that is fastened onto the penis and measures it.  Kind of a cross between an ASIC miner and a cock ring.

Anyway, the bigger your penis, the more chance you have of finding a block.  (It is perfectly acceptable to make your penis "grow" by whatever means necessary.)

And the best part is that there is absolutely no way that there could ever be a 51% attack.  I mean, they guy would have to have a dick the size of a skyscraper.
