This is good idea for those who want more democracy. It's more equal, more transparent and in many ways more advanced than what we now have.
I wouldn't want government to be like this.. i would divide this kind of system to cities (more like suburbs) and villages.. So people really vote only for things that are close to them so they see results on how they vote. And different cities have different traditions and different conditions (like landscapes).. so not every decision would work equally in every place.
But even when votings and decision are local and independent i would hope co-work with every city, region and country. Like if one city has good idea how they can fix one problem then they could sen their idea to every other city. Then those cities (groups of people in each city) could modify that proposal (taking accounts on how many people are in that area, counting in shape and element of landscape etc.) and after modification is done then they can vote if they will take it or not. This hopefully would lead each individual city to be best it can be (and also it would create different kind of cultures, routines and habits.. when someone gets bored or annoyed about how things work in his neighborhood then that person could google a bit and move to another place where it might be better).
For me the best place and way to do things would be that i could do whatever i want as long as i don't affect on another ones life.. this "affecting another ones life" includes me using or polluting common resources like water, land and air.. In those things i think we need common policy-making..
