There are shares that you can use to partake in the companys projects (called NoirShares (NRS) https://www.cryptsy.com/markets/view/211) and then there is the general fund shares (first investment into Noir Group), which cass is offering. A share in the general fund makes you eligeble to participate in all projects of the NoirGroup as far as I know. If I am wrong, please correct me.
