What is burnins problem is that he offered a refund (50% now, or 70% later) then only refunded some. Many, including myself, would still have sent chips to burnin had the refund not been offered.

I'm not attempting or offering to do everything myself, just trying to get some organisation happening. We're going to have to gather and verify all the details before the actual legal action can get started.
