I can get in touch with the DEV i mentioned.

For a new x-11 coin he wants about 0.3-0.5 BTC.

i will message him this evening and ask him how much he would want to fork the coin.
He is the creator of some successfull coins.

I am not sure about x11, cause of the chinese x11 asics/fpgs cards.

We should have a vote about that.  If you want, i could also create a new thread this evening. We could vote about block rewards, PoS feature etc. So it would be a real community take over.

We premine some coins, so ppl can trade their old coins to new coins.

With the right specs i think this might be better than creating a totally new coin.

I also have a pool. It's in maintance mode but i could activate it again so we could speedup the network in order to bringing the coin back to live.
