Catwoman is meh.. there are many other that have failed equally or done worse.. like these:

Batman&Robin (batnipples, batbuttcrack and batvisa.. what else do i have to say?)
Electra
Mrs. Doubtfire (1993) (yeah, the film where Robin Williams dresses up woman to take care of kids.. Mrs. Doubtfire was originally a crossdressing hero)

And i like this one but some critics put this often on their lists:

Howard the Duck (1986) (Spielberg is ashamed of two movies.. the other one is Star Wars Holidayspecial and the other one is this.. Ducktits!!)
