Satoshi was a billionaire once - when Bitcoin reached $1200 back in November 2013. He has 1 million coins so that would have made him worth about $1.2 billion.
The richest man on Earth is Bill Gates who has around $50 billion last time I checked.
So if BTC reaches over ~$50,000 a coin then he will be the richest man in the world.

We cannot be 100% certain that he has that many still in his/her/their possession... And 50k is QUITE A BIG STEP AWAY.
