Ok, so you have family and kids, and you are addicted to sex? What things do you enjoy in your life without sex and Is there any moments when you do not think about sex? And with the addict part, you 100% sure you want to lose your addiction or you are not sure?

If talking about random people, I again see big money there. You could make porn videos where you find random person on the street and offer him sex for $5k and he will likely accept It. You put those videos on porn sites and you make very good money, but that's not the point probably.
