One more thing, I've increased speed of my rigs while rig is rented by significant ammount. Is there any way to cancel the lease or decrease the time (if accepted by person renting from me? ) Cause basiccly that person is getting huge bonus from me atm

You are out of luck there buddy. Your lessee just gets the bonus unless you remove the extra hash. There is no cancellation or time altering function.
