Right guys my wallet is now back out of sync. stuck on block 9308. what can I do??

im using the v2 one. Is there a different one now? After the fork it staked 3 times in like 5 mins and I thought all was cool but now its out
the Name of your wallet should be "syncfinal" if it is not, you have the wrong wallet.
