It's not just you, even I'm having syncing issues. The former dev left us with one hell of a coin/wallet, didn't he? 
Managed so far to get just under half (slowly) to the exchange, via sending then repair wallet then repeat, sometimes getting back what didn't arrive, though now wallets says fine, with over half mia
