when I opened today I received a stake and I closed the wallet and bought some at the exchange and withdraw the coins at the exchange to my wallet, but when I opened my wallet it wont synchronize it just saying "catching up... Downloaded 9265 of 9713 blocks of transaction history (95.39% done) last receive block was generated 5 hours ago..
IM still waiting for the coins from the exchange to my wallet
IM scared if I dowloaded a new file wallet my coins and my wallet and the one that is coming it will be lost.
can someone please help me? Im very new to to this stuff.

download the latest wallet and everything except wallet.dat

tnx Im worried if I dowloaded the new wallet my coins will be lost andthe coins I withdraw from the exchange I havent received it yet because my wallet wont sync.
Step 1: Back up wallet.dat and the Sync.conf file if you have one.
Step 2: Download new wallet from link on first page
Step 3: Delete everything from appdata\roaming\sync directory except wallet.dat and Sync.conf if it exists
Step 4: Edit Sync.conf and add the latest nodes from first page
Step 5: Extract new sync-qt file from downloaded and overwrite\replace old sync-qt
Step 6: Run sync-qt and watch the magic happen....no loss of coins and should sync to the new chain
If it does not sync then close the program, wait 15 to 20 seconds, run program again it should sync, if it still won't, close, wait, re-open. It will sync and start the staking cycle.
The coins from the exchange are in the blockchain and should arrive once synced
