still same problem, errors:
Invalid nonce count - HW Error
Rejected - Share is above target
skipping configuration option "kernel", invalid parameter set_kernel
Finally got mine to work (better late than never)
Had a type many lines down that I couldn't see on teamviewer ! Doh!
All the same, make sure you get the latest update for X13 - second link down on the op! could well be your issue.
sgminer.exe --kernel x13mod -o stratum+tcp://opc-stratum.pool.mn:7845 -u uername p password -g 4 -w 128 --thread-concurrency 8192 -I 20 --compact
Gets me 5Mhs on 2 x R9 290 (non x)
Will have to do for now.
X11 - I get 2.90-3mhs on each of my 290s with this :

Hope that helps am still looking for the best perform for x13 i cant pass 2mhs if anybody have those settings for 290nonX for x13 please post it, wait i just add this --compact and now each is giving me 3.50-370mh/s!
