I dumped mine into BTC because I figured there might be panic reaction. When things cool off I'll buy back in. Want to see how low it goes and get a nice bargain at the bottom.

It's consolidation. Don't worry about the minute charts ; look at the 12h mintpal chart on bitcoinwisdom for example. Zooming out increases calm.
Agreed. It's called "profit taking" and it happens in all markets.
And the difference is when it occurs when we reach or approach an ATH, it is profit-taking. If it occurs following bad news, it's fear.
