My wallet dont sync, what can i do ? I lost about 300 purecoins yet ... I have tried to backup dat , delete data from user, delete wallet and download and run again ... nothing happened ..

I sent coins from 2 diferent pools and i didnt recive nothing .. whats wrong guys   I am sure that i have done everything well. Any solution ?
