Can you access (or install to) a GNU/Linux machine? I swapped perfectly fine under Linux, you will be able to open your wallet.dat there and send the swap.
I am using Linux.. been using since 1994. Beecoin v1 works ok, because it does not have the PoS where the bugs are luring
