Competition is part of life.
I agree, but nevertheless is it unethical to compete with customers since this leads to a conflict of interest sooner or later.
And when there's a conflict between the perfect happiness of your customers and lining up your pockets we know how greed plays.
I'd prefer a company not competing with me and lining up their pockets by making be happy as far as possible.
KnCMiner is this no more.
You may dislike Spongebob for several reasons, but they arenot competing with customers, more responsive and offering good deals as well.
I don't dislike Spondoolies. They seem like they are a very customer focused company with an ok product. I dislike the way some Spondoolies resellers operate. IMO they bring Spondoolies as a company into disrepute.
I know what you mean, their fanclub is hardcore from time to time.
KnC pushed this with their FrankenJups and delayed refunds from my point of view.

When you were around August/September in here you could see how things reiterate in a certain way.
I do not doubt that Neptune will be the best piece of hardware when finally shipping (at least I hope so for the remaining customers), but the excitement from last year will not be topped for sure.
