I just found out RitzGrandCasino has closed their campaign, and a couple of other campaigns are having payout problems. This is no coincidence, sudden rebound of Bitcoin has caught the campaigners off guard. Contest for the "highest rate" has ended. From now on, we will see lower rates and more payout defaults.
