Poor soldering is a production fault, some wires can also detach in shipment. This doesn't amaze me at all, people have such issues all the time, just look at any mining hardware thread. I remember when mass produced USB Asics came out at least 1/50 was faulty or completely dead. That's what RMA is for.

Then why did you delete the thread instead of explaining it just like that?
Why do you ask me I'm not a moderator Smiley But I guess the guy was immediately offered a refund and deleted it himself as it was no longer an issue.
