LTC is oversold, thus it will go up on a short time frame. LTC adds no fundamental value, thus it will go down on a long time frame.

No offer of an answer to the question of why is it guaranteed to bounce back. No time frames were mentioned at all. If you want to be pedantic you could say most coins bounce back but from where, to where and when are clearly the imperative factors.
