Also having some trouble with the site here. For me it's with making a payment due today, it's been stuck on "processing" for many hours -- Despite it saying "this usually takes 10 seconds or less".

Have raised a support ticket and tweeted, but no response.

I hope it gets sorted today as I really don't want to get my first ever late payment because their system wasn't working.  

EDIT: Just went through shortly after emailing support@btcjam.com (not sure if it was the email, or coincidence, but it's all good here now).
