Exactly. Put yourselves in my shoes, all the
objective data that exists tells me that I'm being lied to to my face, refused the refund that was stated to be guaranteed on the website when the terms were obviously not met, then shipped the product anyway after I asked for the guaranteed refund four times. I'm not just going to go away when I feel like I'm being lied to.
You want this problem to go away? Then you can message me with some kind of solution then I'll delete my posts. Otherwise, I'm just going to pursue this matter in whatever means possible.
