As one who is directly involved with the coders + development of the upcoming wallet -- yes, people selling now will be very sad, very soon.
This dump makes absolutely no sense. I'm sure whoever is dumping knows damn well about the screenshot updates tomorrow and the imminent wallet release, yet theyre still dumping?
