Just because someone doesn't have enough money to pay off a debt doesn't make them a scammer.
I can understand that.
I consider a scammer someone who has the money to pay back a debt, but instead spends the money on personal items of no consequence.
Like you and your music equipment and motel rooms. All could be sent to pay your debt, scammer.
