Either Zip scammed us (right now, I still believe he didn't) or he got hacked big time.
In both case his reputation is ruined, unless he find a way to reimburse all.
Two month ago, there is no ziplibrary. And nobody know who is ziplibrary even now.
His reputation is nothing. He can register another ID and open another exchange, and scam people again.
Just a short words to reply, the scam suspect is end.
The most important fact is he send most of the qoracoin of his exchange to poloniex to dump.
His account in poloniex has been frozen by poloniex now.
