We have about sixty masternodes on testnet and it looks like we're paying out about 98% of the new blocks. This is great news, everything is working perfectly  Grin .

I'd like to see it closer to 100%, is that bad?  My children accuse me of being too hard on them, LOL
Cheesy Closer to 100% would be nice (too).
What I can see is that the payment for MN is always 10%.
It should not be 20%? For the real payment.
Well I think is easy to change...
