no don't worry, it isn't the scam. Dev is just moving all the coins to poloniex, to make sure they are safe against 
Whats the real purpose of moving coin to another exhange, if the only and obivios way to safe coins due "hacker attacks" is to get out of the server the wallets.dat files?
