What is the plan the next step for maxcoin? a  lot of people was in the $1 to buy, Terrible

The current market environment is so good, but its price is so low, I think people lose interest in it!

Until the incompetent thug devs step down and Maxcoin acquires a dev team with integrity, no one in their right mind will support this coin.

Incompetent thugs? That seems just a tad harsh.  In all honesty, what do you believe they have or haven't done to deserve such hostile criticism? They are more dedicated to this coin than the vast majority of other coin 'devs' out there.

It's probably true to say that they could have been more active in terms of developing ancillary services for the coin, but this whole project launched right in the period running up to their final exams at university. Despite this, they were the first coin developers to fix and release a patched wallet for the serious time warp exploit of the kimono gravity well retargeting algorithm which was used to attack auroracoin. In comparison, the AUR devs had to resort to getting rid of KGW and moving back to a static retargeting method.

They also created a de-novo anonymous mining pool built from the ground up, and significantly hardened in response to the massive DDoS against their servers which caused thousands of pounds of costs for them. And don't forget they are students without a huge amount of money.

They are currently developing a mobile wallet for android, a web wallet platform, and have almost completed porting bitcoin-abe to support the maxcoin protocol. This will finally allow us to have a blockchain viewer with an API for the benefit of third party services.

They have also been highly vocal about the risk of a 51% attack that 1GH is posing to the network with their dominance of huge mining market and have done all within their power to try and convince miners to switch to alternative pols, with only minimal success. As a record,t hey have announced that they will be implementing automatic checkpointing into the client to try and mitigate this risk in the face of a highly uncooperative mining community.

They have given us a public forum at maxtalk.org, and a MaxCoin faucet that pays out more in terms of Satoshi value than any other faucet service. They are close to launch of a community bounty project for the purposes of developing crucial third party services and products for the coin. And they are also working on a MaxCoin Foundation platform to give the community the ability to dictate the direction of project development goals going forward.

They have been on TV to discuss their plans for the project, and promote it to the general public. They have also negotiated and confirmed a partnership win the crowdfunding platform StartJOiN to add MaxCoin as a funding method for funding innovative projects and businesses. They have also been in talks with many merchants, exchanges and and ancillary service providers to promote and encourage wide adoption. We are also in talks with hardware manufacturers of PoS systems to provide bricks and mortar merchants the ability to transact in this coin. And I personally am working to launch a precious metals dealership that accepts MaxCoin as a payment method to give consumers the ability to obtain precious metals with MaxCoin - it is some way off yet, and will not be realistically viable until there are more MaxCoin:fiat gateways available but it is something which I believe will contribute significant value to the ecosystem.

They have also got a market stabilisation fund in the works in conjunction with Karl Gray and Max Keiser in order to try and bring some stability back to the market to encourage merchants to adopt the coin while minimising exchange risk and to protect the investments of early investors.

They are not getting paid for ANY of this work. And since they did not premine the coin, or instamine the coin like so many other devs did, they have very little monetary incentive. Yet still they work tirelessly behind he scenes to develop the early infrastructure of the coin. And they continue to work in the face of extreme hostility from the cryptocurrency community.

The only active developers of this coin are Luke Mitchell, Andrew Pryde and myself (as community manager). We are not miracle workers. We are doing our best, but comments like yours are unhelpful at best and in fact, highly demoralising for a group of ideologues who are doing their utmost to adhere to fundamental principles of fairness and free market capitalism and community driven development.

This whole endeavour would be progress much faster and more smoothly if the community actually participated and contributed positively to development goals which are all outlined on maxtalk.org. Instead all we get are hostile comments like yours, people outraged that the nominal market value of their coins has fallen in the short term trolls/haters who will go to any and all lengths to try and ruin the credibility of this project. We also have the problem of parasitic miners who are only mining MaxCoin to cash out to bitcoin (at any price it would seem) who are putting constant pressure on the markets.

This is what a FREE market looks like. The code is open source, and the community is burgeoning. There is only so much a group of 3 people can achieve. We are trying to prioritise our time and take things one step at a time. Bear in mind that the maxcoin blockchain is only 118 days old. Did bitcoin achieve any of this in the first 118 days of its existance? No.

If the community wants to incentivise the developers to continue their work on this coin, instead of complaining and making hateful comments, perhaps you could instead donate ANY amount of coins to the following donation address:

mTux9qWKwTiUGa92o2TPt9Wg3Echhovc4E

Any coins donated will go to the developer team and will not be sold on the market. Most likely the coins will be put to use for the purposes of paying community bounties and covering server costs which we are currently paying out of our own pocket.

If you made it thus far, thanks for taking the time to read this lengthy diatribe. The dev team really does appreciate any and all constructive criticism, feedback and advice received from the community. And we would like to to sincerely thank the many people who have contributed positively to the project to date.
