In my opinion, sharecoin without Zip's business worth nothing.
Another thing to consider: Zip hold maybe the majority of the sharecoins. If we re-launch the coin, if we give it more value, we in fact increase the wealth of Zip who will dump as soon as it will worth it. Do you really want that??
