I'm confused!  If this is a different algorithm than "scrypt", why is everybody mining it as scrypt?!  Won't this kill the expected value of these coins?  Whole proposition in OP is about it being fair and equal to all to mine as it "could be mined ONLY one way.....CPU in the client"?!
