We use whmcs not wordpress. There is third party plugin for it but not working perfect. QR code is not loading and even invoice is not getting marked paid upon payment (call back not working)
Then you don't need to use a merchant service at all. If you plan on just accepting bitcoins and keeping bitcoins then depending on what platform you are using there is probably already a payment module available.
