Nothing is wrong with the code Just like Fercho said, right now it's on Kimoto Dark Gravity Wave until Block 100, diff is too high becasue of all people mining

The Difficulty is chained, First 99 blocks its using Kimoto gravity well, block 100 to 199 starts Dark Gravity wave, Block 200 to 249 Dark Gravity wave2 and block 250 to 300 Dark Gravity wave 3.
We did it this way to make a smooth transition.
It means that we need to hit block 100 so the difficulty starts decreasing. (also look at the Network hashrate its at 16 gigahashes per second)
Net Hashrate can also be fake (Not showing Correctly) since no one is really finding blocks with so many miners, the Nethashrate is inconsistent compared to the Combined Pools Hashrate.
